Private Gifts
Private Gifts
Since 1922, the University of Oregon Foundation has received, invested, and distributed private gifts to the University, funding student scholarships, faculty support, academic programs, and building improvements.

The Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation, is responsible for receiving and administering the thousands of private gifts donated annually to the University of Oregon, and disbursing those funds to the University according to donor intent. 


Ducks vs. Bucks Giving Challenge

The University of Oregon and The Ohio State University have kicked off a a competition to see which school can rally the most support for its academic programs. Gifts to academics and the UO Alumni Association, including memberships, will all count toward the UO's total.

New Fund Invests in Region's Emerging Businesses

The University of Oregon Foundation is proud to announce a new experiential learning program for Lundquist College of Business and UO School of Law students that will benefit emerging regional companies. Students in the Seed Fund program will take an active role in the management of $500,000 capital from the endowment.
